Hello everyone!

My name is Kateryna Hrycak and I am 21 years old and from Simcoe, Ontario Canada. My town is super small and everyone knows everything about everyone’s business. So, leaving that was the best decision, as well as the biggest step I’ve made in my life.

I’m currently a student at the Universidad Catolica de Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It’s part of the 3rd year of my degree of International Business at Carleton University in Ottawa. Between September and February I traveled through parts of the United States as well as South America and it has been the most amazing experience of my entire life. There are days when I truly can’t believe I went from washing dishes at a restaurant in my town to running off a cliff para gliding in Ecuador.

My life revolves around skateboarding but some of my favourite things to do are reading the news, hanging out with friends in a park, getting on a bus to a place I have no clue about, and road tripping in my van.
